The 'PROFIT' line on the 'ACCOUNT INFO' block has been removed for services that don't required a ratchet staking system. The reason being is that this information is confusing as its not relevant to the ongoing settled bets during the day or for any period selected in the Bets History' table.

Settled bets are now being updated (16:15) after a pause in the settled status system this morning. BSP bets will show as zero matched until settlement is updated. We expect it will take up until 19:00 to fulfil all your ordered bets for today's racing.

A very short outage occurred at 13:45 that didn't cause any bet placement issues.
A bet was lapsed for a significant number of accounts on 1 or more horses on the RDB service. The main bet of concern was not a missed bet by the system but a failure to order the bet in a way that ensured it was matched by all accounts. To avoid lapsed bets BSP betting is advised by this service if possible, but if dutched with high odds this is not always possible even in the hybrid system of staking. We (CBB service provider and the selection service providers) are constantly learning and learning fast about how to carry out automated betting in the best way. The order settings and staged betting have now been altered to ensure bet matching for future orders. This was successfully implemented in time for the last race of the day.
Extra resources were allocated to the system at 8:30 in line with a steady roll out of ever increasing performance.

Issues with bet placement occurred 02/11/2019 due to volumes of traffic far exceeding expectations. At 18:30 resources were increased and optimised after which we experienced a much smoother operation which is expected to continue. Some users missed bets before this time for which we can only apologies for. It is important to us that platform is as good as it can be and yesterday it simply wasn't.
As an extra measure to ensure bets are ordered and logged properly bets will be spread out over a time period instead of all being ordered at exactly same time. Simultaneous betting has also been seen to be detrimental to the market and causes movements in odds, staggering the process will help in this regard. This will be implemented today.
Feedback has shown that the speed of bet status updated on CBB is very important to you. We had some recent issues with bets being very slow to settle which has been resolved, however, our system that checks for matched and settled bet status is undergoing a substantial overhaul improve it even further. This may take a few days to complete as the bet placement has to take priority. There are a few bets still showing as matched that are in fact settled, we are working on this and they will be updated soon.
